  • Inquiry on the amount of documents required to be scanned & approximate monthly new document volumes
  • Suggestions on best route to go for a content management plan
  • Additional consultation time available at $80.00 per hour (billed in 30-minute increments & invoiced to nearest half-hour) 

Content Development

  • All Services: $60.00 per billable hour; minimum of one (1) billable hour per task
    (Sale priced down from $80.00 per hour)!
  • Copying & Printing Services: ​Market Rate

Document Scanning Charges

  • Piece Rate For Each Document Scanned (one side of a sheet of paper; black & white or color): $0.10 - $0.12
    ($ave $0.02 off regular price - limited time offer)
  • Excessive Paper Clips, Post-It Notes, & Staples: $0.01 upcharge per scan
  • Excessive Document Organization Costs: $50.00 per billable hour
  • One-Time Transaction Costs: $100.00 & up depending your scanning project size

Document Scanning Pricing Examples
  • One Bankers Box = Approximately 2,500 to 4,000+ scans*
  • Standard 4-Drawer Filing Cabinet = Approximately 6,500 to 12,000+ scans*
  • Wide 4-Drawer Filing Cabinet (Similar to about 2-3 standard file cabinets) = Approximately 20,000 - 60,000+ scans*

 * - Scans are one side of a page; a two-paged document would be considered two (2) scans

Other product & service rates

  • Document Creation Services: Starting at $80.00 per billable hour based on service (minimum one (1) hour)
  • ​Document Shredding & Secure Storage: Market Rate For Local Area
  • Emergency Service Charge: $50.00 per billable hour above and beyond service rate (minimum one (1) hour)
  • Simple Document Audits: $125.00 per billable hour (minimum two (2) hours required)
  • Strategic Consulting Services: $150.00 per billable hour (minimum two (2) hours required)
    (Note: Travel expenses are not included in billable hour rate and will be negotiated if applicable)
  • Website Design Consulting Services: $75.00 per billable hour (minimum charge of $500.00 applies)
    (Note: Domain and website hosting fees are additional expenses if applicable)

General Considerations

Due to the nature of the business, we are happy to provide free quotes and initial consultations to assist in providing the best price possible and maximizing all opportunities to meet and exceed expectations. Depending on the service rendered, pricing is commonly billable on an hourly, task, or project basis. Due to the uniqueness of our service offerings, pricing varies from one client to the next for most of our services. This is due to the following factors:
  • Complexity of the project and involvement in achieving a formidable solution
  • Technologies used for the project
  • Time and resource requirements dedicated for a completed product (including travel time in some cases)
  • Other unique factors specific to a solution for the situation in review
  • Our billing cycles are traditionally either a net 15 or net 30, depending on the client
  • All pricing is in U.S. Dollars (USD); pricing may vary slightly for other countries

All services are eligible for contractual agreements of up to five (5) calendar years at one time. Depending on the request, minimum deposits may be required depending on the transaction size, requirements, and other client-specific needs.
